We have put two of the highest quality products of our area into a jar: artichokes and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. Picked only when fully ripe, our artichokes are always cleaned, cut and carefully sealed in jars to preserve their excellent taste and crunchiness, to satisfy every palate. Thanks to the sweetness and fragrance of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this is one of the most popular products in our range.
The crunchiness and the natural flavour of our artichokes, combined with the sweet flavour of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, makes our product suitable for many different quick and tasty uses, such as appetizers, side-dishes and hot recipes.
For instance, take some small wood skewers and alternate 1/4 of an artichoke, a cube of mortadella and a a cube Pecorino cheese to make a delicious cold appetizer.
Otherwise, drain the artichokes from the oil and vinegar for a few minutes. Make some thin slices and serve them with crispy fried whitebait.
