Our “Emilia-Romagna Game” range is a recent addition to our range of pasta sauces. These recipes are dishes which are widely loved but very difficult to prepare. Our Wild Boar, Red Deer Venison and Roe Deer Venison ragùs, or meat sauces, are produced exclusively with the finest ingredients; this starts with the game itself, which is hunted and selected exclusively in Emilia-Romagna and thoroughly inspected by experts.
The animals are raised in the wild, meaning exceptionally tasty and nutritious meat. It has an optimal ratio of polyunsaturated to saturated fats, is rich in iron and has low cholesterol.
